Shipping and Returns

Most of our shipping is free. We ship USPS in most cases. All items over $200 will require a signature.

Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. Website for domestic delivery.

To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package. Items accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in unused brand new non damaged condtion condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center,You must email us for a return request that includes full name, date of order, order number and what was ordered and the reason for the return. Buyers will pay shipping cost and we do not refund for shipping unless we sent an incorrect item. Photos may be required.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
